Refund policy

Before you buy

Prixm requires macOS 14.2 or later · Apple Silicon. Please check that your Mac meets these requirements. macOS also asks you to approve Prixm the first time you open it, and the install steps explain how.

When you can get a refund

Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you if:

• Prixm won't run on a Mac that meets the requirements, and we can't fix the problem;
• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you paid but didn't receive Prixm, and we can't resolve it.

When a refund may not apply

As Prixm is a digital product delivered right away, we generally can't refund a change of mind once you've downloaded it, or a Mac that doesn't meet the requirements. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

How to ask

Email prixmstore@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy, your order number if you have it, and a short description of the problem.

After a refund

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank and payment provider. Your licence ends after a refund, and you must stop using and delete Prixm.
