Shipping and delivery

No physical shipping

Prixm is a digital Mac app. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

What you receive

Right after your payment is confirmed, you get:

• your licence key, shown on screen and sent to the email address you used to buy;
• a secure link to download the Prixm installer;
• the install steps, including how to approve Prixm the first time you open it.

The download link expires after a short time, to keep it from being shared. Your licence key doesn't expire.

Delivery time

Delivery is usually immediate. Occasionally a payment takes a few minutes to confirm, or an email takes a little longer to arrive, so please check your spam folder too.

If you don't receive it

If you haven't received your licence key or download within 24 hours of paying, email prixmstore@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy and your order number if you have it. We'll send them again, or refund you under our refund policy if we can't resolve it.
